Welcome to the Elevator Constructors Pipes and Drums webpage.  Our band is made up of mechanics and apprentices from the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local One. The band is based out of Long Island City, Queens, New York. We are a hard working band and play all types of events such as parades, weddings, parties, competitions, etc.
